2009 Election Results
The Vote:
Kids Voting provided the voting opportunity to all students in all active precincts. Additionally, an on-line ballot was available and some schools hosted a voting opportunity for their students.
A total of 1420 student votes were cast.
Precinct votes comprised 48% while on-line and in-school votes made up the remaining 52%.
85% of students reported their grade level when they voted.
Of all students reporting:
52.7% were in Elementary School
31% were in Middle School
16.3% were in High School
Of on-line voters reporting:
31% were in Elementary School
46% were in Middle School
23% were in High School
82% of students reported their school when they voted.
